These terms apply when you play Bonkland or use bonkland.app. By playing you agree to them. They are written to be read, so they are short.
The beta
Until December 18, 2026 Bonkland is in beta. Things will change, some will break, and we may need to [reset or keep] beta progress at launch. We will say so in the game before it happens.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your nickname. Nicknames and park names that insult or impersonate others can be changed or removed.
Play fair
Do not attack the servers, break into other accounts, spam other players through friends, likes or invites, or use bugs to spoil the game for others. Found a bug? Tell us at support@bonkland.app instead.
Shells and goods
Shells, goods, finds and everything else you earn in the game exist only in the game. They have no money value and cannot be sold or exchanged outside it.
Our game, your videos
The game, its art, music and texts belong to [Your name or company]. You are welcome to stream it, post videos and screenshots, and earn money from your own videos. Please do not copy the game or its assets into other products.
What you make
Your nickname, park name and park stay yours. You allow us to show them to other players in the game, for example when friends visit your park.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Bonkland running, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress or other indirect losses.
Stopping
You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
Changes and law
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. They are governed by the law of [country]. Questions: support@bonkland.app.
